India's most liked street snack. Dahi Bhalla can also be served as a cold breakfast or as a starter during the festive season, such as Diwali or Navratri. Try making your hand with delicious yogurt and tikki chutney and sweet curd and spicy masala.
Ingredients :-
For the bhallas :
1/2 cup Moong Dal
1 cup urad dal
2 tspn jeera
Oil for frying
For the khatti chutney :
1 cup coriander leaves
2 tbspn pudina
1 green chilli
1 tspn ginger paste
1/2 tspn black rock salt
Salt to taste
1/2 tspn garam masala
For meethi chutney :
1/2 cup tamarind pulp
4 tbspn sugar
For dahi :
3 cup yogurt
2 tbspn sugar
Chaat masala :
2 tspn red chilli powder
2 tspn jeera powder
2 tspn Chaat masala
1 tspn salt
For garnishing :
Sev
Coriander leaves
Method :-
1.sabse pahle Moong dal and urad dal ko soak karne rakh de 2 hours ke liye
2.ab Dal ko mixer mein grind karle phir us mein jeera Dale aur acchese mix karle
3.ab ek pan mein oil garam Kare and phir gile hath se batter le small portion mein aur pan mein dale and bhalla ko deep fry Kare golden brown hone tak aur phir ek plate mein nikal le
4.ab ek mixer ke jar mein 1 cup coriander leaves, 2 tbspn pudina, 1 green chilli, 1 tspn ginger, 1/2 tspn black salt, salt dale aur grind kar le aur ek bowl mein nikal le
5.ab ek bowl mein dahi le aur acchese fete (mix Kare) aur sugar dale aur cacchese mix Kar ke fridge mein rakh de thanda hone ke liye
6.ab ek bowl mein 2 tspn red chilli powder, 2 tspn jeera powder, 2 tspn Chaat masala and q tspn salt dal Kar sabhi ko mix Kar le
7.ab ek plate le us mein bhalla rakhe phir Dale dale khatti chutney, meethi chutney dale phir upar se Chaat masala sprinkle Kare and upar se sev and coriander leaves se garnish Kare and tasty dahi bhalla ko surve Kare..
