Tomato Chaat is very popular on the streets of the holy city of Varanasi. This Indian Tomato Chaat recipe is innovative and unique in its own way.
Ingredients :-

  • Tomato 6 chopped
  • Ghee 2 tbspn
  • Cumin seeds 1 tspn
  • Ginger 1 tbspn grated
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • Khaskhas ½ tspn
  • Cashew nuts 8 grated
  • Turmeric powder ½ tspn
  • Red chilli powder 2 tspn
  • Coriander powder 1 tspn
  • Cumin powder 1 tspn
  • Garam masala ½ tspn
  • Potato 5 mashed
  • Sugar 5 tbspn
  • Water
For garnish
  • Onion 1 chopped

6.ab tomato mixture mein mashed potato dale and acchese mix kare and q tspn Chaat masala dale aur 1 tspn Coriander leaves dale aur ½ tspn cumin powder dale and mix kare phir 2 minutes aur pakaye
7.ab ek bowl le us mein garama garam banarasi Chaat dale uske upar ghee dale phir emli ki khatti mithi chatni dale phir sprinkle Kare thoda red chilli powder, jeera powder and chaat masala phir uske upar sugar syrup dale phir Chaat ko garnish Kare chopped onion and Coriander leaves se phir uske upar se thode crushed chips and sev dal Kar sajaye aur surve kare.

Misal pav is a popular Mumbai street food served with onions, tomatoes, farsan (fried salty mixture), lemon juice and pav.
This is one of my favorite Maharashtrian breakfast recipe.
Ingredients :-

  • 2 cups Moth Bean Sprouts, cooked
  • 2 small to medium potatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium onion,  chopped
  • 1 to 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 3 to 4 garlic + 1 inch ginger, paste
  • 1 tspn mustard seeds
  • 1 tspn cumin seeds
  • 10 to 12 curry leaves
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • ½ tspn turmeric powder
  • ½ tspn red chilli powder
  • 1 tspn Coriander powder
  • 1 tspn cumin powder
  • 1.5 tspn tamarind pulp
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbspn oil
  • Salt to taste
For the misal pav

  • 8 to 10 pav
  • ½ cup Onion, chopped
  • ½ cup tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup thick sev
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ cup Coriander leaves
  • ½ cup curd

Dhuska is a traditional recipe of jharkhand. It is a festive recipe which is very easy to make and tastes very good.
Ingredients :-

1 cup boil potato 
1 Onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 tspn red chilli powder, haldi and garam masala and Coriander powder
For dhuska
Rice 1 cup
Chana Dal 1/2 cup
Urad Dal 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tspn
Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
Haldi powder 1/2 tspn
Baking soda 1/2 tspn
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method :-

4.ab batter mein 1 tspn jeera powder, 1/2 tspn red chilli powder, 1/2 tspn haldi, 1/2 tspn baking soda and salt dal Kar acchese mix Kar le

  • 2 tbspn oil
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tspn ginger grated
  • 4 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 tspn Coriander powder
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • 4 tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 tspn pepper powder
  • 1 tbspn Coriander leaves
  • 2,3 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Method :-
1.sabse pahle paneer le paneer ko square shape mein cut Kar le and ek bowl le us mein 6 tbspn curd dale, 1 tspn ginger, 2 cloves grated, q tspn cumin powder, 1 tspn pepper powder and salt dal Kar acchese mix Kar le and paneer ko curd mein marinate Kare and fridge mein rakh de 30 minutes ke liye
2.ab ek pan le us mein 3 tbspn oil dale, oil garam hone ke baad marinated Kiye hue paneer ko pan mein fry Kare dono side se golden brown hone tak 2 minutes ke liye, paneer fry hone ke baad ek plate mein nikal le

5.ab 4 tomatoe chopped kiye hue Dale and acchese mix Kare aur thodi der pakaye phir Pani dale
6.ab fry kiye hue paneer ko marinate kiye hua sauce mein dale and phir gravy mein dal de and thodi der pakaye boil aane tak tak

1 pack Maggi
1 medium size onion chopped
1 medium size tomato chopped
1 tspn red chilli powder
1 tspn magic masala
1 pack Maggi tastemaker
½ tspn salt
1 tbspn besan
1 tspn cornflour powder
1 tbspn crushed Maggi
Oil for frying
Method :-
1.sabse pahle Maggi ko boil kare aur ek bowl mein rakhde thanda hone ke liye
2.ab Maggi mein chopped onion, chopped tomato dale and phir 1 tspn red chilli powder, 1 tspn magic masala, Maggi tastemaker and ½ tspn salt dale aur 1 tbspn besan dale aur acchese mix Kar le and dhyan rahe ki mixture mein bilkul bhi Pani add nahi karna hai
3.ab ek katori le usmein 1 tbspn cornflour dale aur ek patla ghol bana le aur Maggi me small size ke balls banaye aur phir cornflour mein dip Kare phir crushed Maggi se coat Kare and garam oil mein deep fry Kare
4.ab pakode ko ek plate mein nikal le aur tasty Maggi ke garama garam pakode ko sauce ke sath surve Kare..

4 tsp garam masala powder
1 inch ginger, grated
1 tspn Amchur powder
2 tbspn coriander leaves, chopped

Other Ingredients
2 tbspn black sesam seeds
3 tbspn coriander leaves chopped
2 tbspn ghee

1.sabse pahle ek bowl le us mein us mein maida dale and baking soda, sugar, salt and curd dale aur pani dalte hue ek smooth dough taiyar Kare aur ek gile kapde se dhak kar rest karne rakh de
2.ab ek aur bowl le usmein boiled potatoes ko mashed Kare phir us mein green chilli chopped, red chilli powder, garam masla powder, ginger, amchur powder and coriander leaves dale and salt dale aur acchese mix Kar le
3.ab ek taraf tawa garam hone ke liye rakh de aur dough me se ek small piece le aur thoda roti uski tarah bele phir us mein aloo ka mixture stuffed Kare aur upar se sesam seeds aur coriander leaves dale aur roti ki tarah bele
4.ab kulche ki back side se us par hath se pani spread Kare aur  par back side se hi tawe par dal de thodi der baad
tawe ko Ulta Kare gas par aur kulche ko fulne de jaise hi kulcha ful Jaye toh tawa sidha rakh de aur phir kulche par upar se ghee lagaye aur aram se ek plate mein nikal le

  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut
  • 10 to 12 cashew nuts
  • 1 tspn saunf
  • 1 tbspn fried gram
  • 6 tbspn water 

Whole spices
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 1 star anise
  • 1/2 tspn jeera
  • 2 green elaichi
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 inch cinnamon

Ingredients for Kurma
  • 2 tbspn oil
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 tbspn ginger, garlic paste
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 8 to 10 beans chopped
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1 cup potato
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1, 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbspn coriander leaves

For Spice powder
  • 1/2 tspn haldi powder
  • 1 tspn red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspn garam masala
Method :-
1.sabse pahle ek pan mein oil dale phir us mein  bay leaf, elaichi and cloves dale aur fry Kare, phir onion, ginger garlic paste dale aur fry Kare 
2.ab coconut and cashew nuts ka paste dale aur fry kare
