Tomato Chaat is very popular on the streets of the holy city of Varanasi. This Indian Tomato Chaat recipe is innovative and unique in its own way.
Ingredients :-

  • Tomato 6 chopped
  • Ghee 2 tbspn
  • Cumin seeds 1 tspn
  • Ginger 1 tbspn grated
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • Khaskhas ½ tspn
  • Cashew nuts 8 grated
  • Turmeric powder ½ tspn
  • Red chilli powder 2 tspn
  • Coriander powder 1 tspn
  • Cumin powder 1 tspn
  • Garam masala ½ tspn
  • Potato 5 mashed
  • Sugar 5 tbspn
  • Water
For garnish
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbspn chopped
  • Chips crushed

Method :-
1.sabse ek pan le us mein 2 tbspn ghee dale phir us mein 1 tspn cumin seeds, 1 tbspn grated ginger, 2 green chillies dale and mix Kare
2.ab us mein ½ tspn khaskhas and grated cashew nuts dal Kar acchese mix Kare
3.ab us mein ½ tspn turmeric powder, 2 tspn red chilli powder, q tspn Coriander powder and 1 tspn cumin powder de aur mix Kare ab chopped tomatoes dale aur acchese mix kare
4.ab salt dale and 1 tspn black salt dale mix Kare phir 1/2 cup pani dale and ½ tspn garam masala and mix Kar ke dhak kar pakane rakh de
5.ab dusri taraf ek pan le us mein 1 cup pani de and 5 tbspn sugar dale aur 1 tspn cumin powder dale and mix Kare aur sticky sugar syrup bana le
6.ab tomato mixture mein mashed potato dale and acchese mix kare and q tspn Chaat masala dale aur 1 tspn Coriander leaves dale aur ½ tspn cumin powder dale and mix kare phir 2 minutes aur pakaye
7.ab ek bowl le us mein garama garam banarasi Chaat dale uske upar ghee dale phir emli ki khatti mithi chatni dale phir sprinkle Kare thoda red chilli powder, jeera powder and chaat masala phir uske upar sugar syrup dale phir Chaat ko garnish Kare chopped onion and Coriander leaves se phir uske upar se thode crushed chips and sev dal Kar sajaye aur surve kare.

Misal pav is a popular Mumbai street food served with onions, tomatoes, farsan (fried salty mixture), lemon juice and pav.
This is one of my favorite Maharashtrian breakfast recipe.
Ingredients :-
For (sprouts curry)

  • 2 cups Moth Bean Sprouts, cooked
  • 2 small to medium potatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium onion,  chopped
  • 1 to 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 3 to 4 garlic + 1 inch ginger, paste
  • 1 tspn mustard seeds
  • 1 tspn cumin seeds
  • 10 to 12 curry leaves
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • ½ tspn turmeric powder
  • ½ tspn red chilli powder
  • 1 tspn Coriander powder
  • 1 tspn cumin powder
  • 1.5 tspn tamarind pulp
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbspn oil
  • Salt to taste
For the misal pav

  • 8 to 10 pav
  • ½ cup Onion, chopped
  • ½ cup tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup thick sev
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ cup Coriander leaves
  • ½ cup curd
Method :-
1.sab se pahle ek cooker main sprouts and potato boil karne rakh de
2.sabs pahle ek pan le us mein oil garam kare phir mustard seeds and cumin seeds dale aur crackle hone de
3.ab us mein chopped kiye hue onion dale, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste dale and green chillies dal kar fry kare
4.ab turmeric powder, Coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli dale and garama masala dal Kar mix kare 
5.ab tamarind pulp dale aur mix kare and thick hone tak pakaye
6.ab sprouts and potato ko tamarind pulp mein mix kare and 1 cup pani de aur acchese mix kare
7.ab salt dal Kar mix Kare and thodi der pakane ke liye rakh de, pakane ke baad Coriander leaves se garnish kare
8.ab ek plate le us mein misal ki sabji dale uske upar onion and chopped tomato dale, Coriander leaves dale aur phir upar se sev dale and pav aur side mein onion and lemon slice ke sath garama garam surve Kare..

Dhuska is a traditional recipe of jharkhand. It is a festive recipe which is very easy to make and tastes very good.
Ingredients :- 
For aalu ki sabji
1 cup boil potato 
1 Onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 tspn red chilli powder, haldi and garam masala and Coriander powder
For dhuska
Rice 1 cup
Chana Dal 1/2 cup
Urad Dal 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tspn
Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
Haldi powder 1/2 tspn
Baking soda 1/2 tspn
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method :-
1.sab pahle ek pan le us mein oil dale ginger garlic paste dale phir onion, tomato dale and acchese fry Kare phir red chilli poder, haldi , garam masala, Coriander powder and salt dale aur acchese mix Kare phir us mein boil aalu dale aur thodi der pakane ke liye rakh de
2.sabse pahle 1 cup rice, 1/2 cup chana Dal, 1/2 cup urad Dal ko ek bowl mein le and achese wash karke bhigne ke liye rakh de 2-3 hours ke liye
3.ab rice, urad dal, chana dal bhigne ke baad mixer mein grind kar le same consistency mein and ek bowl mein nikal le
4.ab batter mein 1 tspn jeera powder, 1/2 tspn red chilli powder, 1/2 tspn haldi, 1/2 tspn baking soda and salt dal Kar acchese mix Kar le
5.ab ek pan mein oil garam Kare and batter ko gol spoon se oil mein dale and dhuske ko deep fry Kare and ek plate mein nikal le
6.ab tasty dhuske ko garama garam aalu ki sabji me sath surve Kare.

  • 1 tspn ginger, garlic and green chilli paste

  • 1 tspn tomato sauce
  • 1 tbspn spring onion

3.ab pan mein q tspn ginger, garlic and green chilli paste dale and fry Kare phir 1 chopped onion dale fry Kare, 1 capsicum and carrot chopped Kiya hue dale and fry Kare phir cabbage dale and acchese mix Kare aur thoda pakane de

Pan fry pieces of paneer until golden brown and then bathe them in a rich tomato sauce. The paneer Tikka Masala is so good that you will want to lick the bowl.
Ingredients :-
For Paneer :

  • 6 tbspn curd
  • 1 tspn ginger grated
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 tspn cumin
  • 1 tspn pepper powder
  • 3 tbspn oil
  • Salt to taste

For Masala Sauce :

  • 2 tbspn oil
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tspn ginger grated
  • 4 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 tspn Coriander powder
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • 4 tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 tspn pepper powder
  • 1 tbspn Coriander leaves
  • 2,3 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Method :-
1.sabse pahle paneer le paneer ko square shape mein cut Kar le and ek bowl le us mein 6 tbspn curd dale, 1 tspn ginger, 2 cloves grated, q tspn cumin powder, 1 tspn pepper powder and salt dal Kar acchese mix Kar le and paneer ko curd mein marinate Kare and fridge mein rakh de 30 minutes ke liye
2.ab ek pan le us mein 3 tbspn oil dale, oil garam hone ke baad marinated Kiye hue paneer ko pan mein fry Kare dono side se golden brown hone tak 2 minutes ke liye, paneer fry hone ke baad ek plate mein nikal le
3.ab fry pan mein hi 2 tbspn oil dale, oil garam hone ke baad 1 Onion sliced kiye hue dale and salt dal Kar mix Kare and onion ko golden brown hone tak pakaye
4.ab pan mein 2 tspn ginger, 2 cloves garlic grated kiye hue dale phir turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt dal Kar mix kar le and thodi der pakaye
5.ab 4 tomatoe chopped kiye hue Dale and acchese mix Kare aur thodi der pakaye phir Pani dale
6.ab fry kiye hue paneer ko marinate kiye hua sauce mein dale and phir gravy mein dal de and thodi der pakaye boil aane tak tak

3.ab us mein 1 chopped onion dale and fry Kare, phir 1 chopped tomato dale and salt dal kar acchese fry Kare 
4.ab shallow fry ki hui fish ko masale mein dal de aur 1 cup Pani dale aur acchese pakaye, fish Curry pakane ke baad upar se 1 tbspn coriander leaves dale aur garama garam surve apko Kare..

1 cup urad dal
