Idli Dhokla Recipe
Ingredients :-
Maida 1 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 2 tbspn
Oil 3 tbspn
Mustard seeds 1/2 tspn
Curry leaves 1 tspn
Turmeric powder ¼ tspn
Salt
Method :-
1.sabse pahle ek bada bowl le us mein 1 cup maida dale, 1/2 cup rice flour dale and 1/2 cup curd dal Kar acchese mix Kare aur ek soft batter bana Kar taiyar Kar le
2.ab batter mein salt and turmeric powder dal Kar acchese mix Kar le aur batter ko alag rakh de 10minutes ke liye
3.ab idli ke sache mein Pani dal Kar garam hone rakh de aur idli stand ko oilse grease Kare and sare mold mein equally batter fill Kare aur Idli pakaneke sache mein rakh de dhak ke pakane ke liye, idli ko 15 minutes pakane de
4.idli pakane ke baad thoda thanda hone de phir idli ko knife se nikal le ek plate mein aur oil mein mustard seeds and curry leaves dalke idli me upar dal de and idli ko garama garam surve Kare sauce, green coriander leaves chutney or coconut chutney ke sath...
