Dhuska With Aalu Ki Sabji
Dhuska is a traditional recipe of jharkhand. It is a festive recipe which is very easy to make and tastes very good.
Ingredients :-
For aalu ki sabji
1 cup boil potato
1 Onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 tspn red chilli powder, haldi and garam masala and Coriander powder
For dhuska
Rice 1 cup
Chana Dal 1/2 cup
Urad Dal 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tspn
Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
Haldi powder 1/2 tspn
Baking soda 1/2 tspn
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method :-
1.sab pahle ek pan le us mein oil dale ginger garlic paste dale phir onion, tomato dale and acchese fry Kare phir red chilli poder, haldi , garam masala, Coriander powder and salt dale aur acchese mix Kare phir us mein boil aalu dale aur thodi der pakane ke liye rakh de
2.sabse pahle 1 cup rice, 1/2 cup chana Dal, 1/2 cup urad Dal ko ek bowl mein le and achese wash karke bhigne ke liye rakh de 2-3 hours ke liye
3.ab rice, urad dal, chana dal bhigne ke baad mixer mein grind kar le same consistency mein and ek bowl mein nikal le
4.ab batter mein 1 tspn jeera powder, 1/2 tspn red chilli powder, 1/2 tspn haldi, 1/2 tspn baking soda and salt dal Kar acchese mix Kar le
5.ab ek pan mein oil garam Kare and batter ko gol spoon se oil mein dale and dhuske ko deep fry Kare and ek plate mein nikal le
6.ab tasty dhuske ko garama garam aalu ki sabji me sath surve Kare.
