Misal Pav
This is one of my favorite Maharashtrian breakfast recipe.
Ingredients :-
For (sprouts curry)
- 2 cups Moth Bean Sprouts, cooked
- 2 small to medium potatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 to 2 green chillies, chopped
- 3 to 4 garlic + 1 inch ginger, paste
- 1 tspn mustard seeds
- 1 tspn cumin seeds
- 10 to 12 curry leaves
- 1 tspn garam masala
- ½ tspn turmeric powder
- ½ tspn red chilli powder
- 1 tspn Coriander powder
- 1 tspn cumin powder
- 1.5 tspn tamarind pulp
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbspn oil
- Salt to taste
- 8 to 10 pav
- ½ cup Onion, chopped
- ½ cup tomato, chopped
- 1 cup thick sev
- 1 lemon
- ½ cup Coriander leaves
- ½ cup curd

2.sabs pahle ek pan le us mein oil garam kare phir mustard seeds and cumin seeds dale aur crackle hone de
3.ab us mein chopped kiye hue onion dale, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste dale and green chillies dal kar fry kare
4.ab turmeric powder, Coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli dale and garama masala dal Kar mix kare
5.ab tamarind pulp dale aur mix kare and thick hone tak pakaye
6.ab sprouts and potato ko tamarind pulp mein mix kare and 1 cup pani de aur acchese mix kare
7.ab salt dal Kar mix Kare and thodi der pakane ke liye rakh de, pakane ke baad Coriander leaves se garnish kare
8.ab ek plate le us mein misal ki sabji dale uske upar onion and chopped tomato dale, Coriander leaves dale aur phir upar se sev dale and pav aur side mein onion and lemon slice ke sath garama garam surve Kare..
