Vegetable Kurma


Southindian style veg Kurma recipe made with mixed vegetables, spices and coconut. This vegetable korma tastes very delicious, flavorful and is quick to make. Serve it with chapati, roti, pulao, biryani or any flavored rice..
Ingredients :- 
Make a paste
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut
  • 10 to 12 cashew nuts
  • 1 tspn saunf
  • 1 tbspn fried gram
  • 6 tbspn water 

Whole spices
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 1 star anise
  • 1/2 tspn jeera
  • 2 green elaichi
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 inch cinnamon

Ingredients for Kurma
  • 2 tbspn oil
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 tbspn ginger, garlic paste
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 8 to 10 beans chopped
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1 cup potato
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1, 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbspn coriander leaves

For Spice powder
  • 1/2 tspn haldi powder
  • 1 tspn red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspn garam masala
Method :-
1.sabse pahle ek pan mein oil dale phir us mein  bay leaf, elaichi and cloves dale aur fry Kare, phir onion, ginger garlic paste dale aur fry Kare 
2.ab coconut and cashew nuts ka paste dale aur fry kare
3.ab onion dale aur fry Kare and tomatoes dale aur fry Kare, phir haldi powder, red chilli powder aur garam masala dale aur fry kare
4. ab us mein potatoes dale, cauliflower, green peas dale and thodi der fry Kare aur phir pani dal Kar thodi der pakaye
5.ab hamara tasty veg Kurma ban Kar taiyar hai khane ke liye veg Kurma ko garama garam surve Kare..
