Leftover Chapati Cutlet

1 cup chapati mashed
1 potato boiled, grated
2 tbspn carrot, grated
2 tbspn corn
½ ginger paste
½ red chilli powder
¼ tspn garam masala
¼ tspn cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 tbspn Coriander leaves chopped
1 tspn lemon juice
1/2 tbspn bread crumbs
FOR SLURRY
2 tbspn corn flour

1 cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Method :-
1.sabse pahle ek bada bowl le usmein cooked chapati ko mashed Kar le
2.ab bowl mein boiled potato dale aur mix Kar le
3.ab 2 tbspn carrot dale, 2 tbspn corn dale and mix Kare
4.ab us mein ½ tspn ginger paste dale, ½ tspn red chilli powder dale, ¼ tspn garam masala dale, ¼ tspn cumin powder dale, salt dale, 1 tspn lemon juice dale and 2 tbspn Coriander leaves dale aur acchese mix Kar le ab ½ cup bread crumbs dale aur acchese mix Kar le
5.ab ek pan mein oil garam karne rakh de
6.ab mixture ke small size ke balls bana le phir balls ko corn flour mein dip Kare and phir bread crumbs se coat Kare and fry balls ko deep fry Kare and ek plate mein nikal le aur rice cutlet ko garama garam surve Kare sauce ke sath..
